Vienna offers an excellent network of more than 800 km of cycle paths. Visiting the highlights of Vienna by bike or on in-line skates: the grand avenue Ringstrasse with its many monuments (the State Opera House, the Parliament, City Hall, etc.), the Church of St. Charles, the former imperial winter residence Hofburg Palace, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the fancy architecture of Hundertwasser House, the Prater natural park with the Giant Ferris Wheel.
Tours are only for experienced cyclists or skaters. Bikes and in-line skates can be rented upon request.

In Vienna, one can enjoy a great lifestyle. More than fifty percent of
the city is dedicated green space. This is where the Viennese spend their
leisure time, participate in sports or just relax. Cycle or skate through
the Prater natural park, along the Danube river to the Danube Island and
along the Old Danube River Branch. There is the possibility to go swimming
if the weather is nice!

In the past the Viennese aristocracy used to stroll through the former hunting grounds of the emperor. In the late 18th century the Prater was opened for the enjoyment of commoners. Today the Prater is divided into a nature park and an amusement park with the Giant Ferris Wheel. Take a hiking tour on flat trails through the "green lungs” of Vienna.

The outskirts of the Alps stretch to Vienna with mountains of maximum heights of 500 meters, like Kahlenberg, Leopoldsberg and Bisamberg. Take a hiking tour on easy-to-medium difficult trails through the northern Vienna Woods, enjoying marvellous views over the city.
